For any undamaged product, simply return it with its packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following products are not eligible for return: membership packages, sale items.
All orders will be collected from the BJFC club rooms. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
