PLAYER Registration for the 2027 season will OPEn on 1 November 2026.

 

VOLUNTEER registrations also opened on 1 November. We encourage all parents/adult family members to register through PlayHQ as volunteers.

 

TEAM MANAGERS must register for the season through PlayHQ.

 

COACHES must register for the season through CoachAFL.

 

A Working with Children’s certificate is mandatory for all volunteers at the club.

Registrations Close - week ending 11 April 2027 which must also include payment to be eligible to play Round 1

PLAYING FEES - SEASON 2027 

Brunswick JFC aims to keep football as affordable as possible and encourage participation while still providing a high quality experience. ​

​​​Fees incorporate the Yarra Junior Football League’s annual fee which covers umpiring, insurance, game day medics and administration costs and the Brunswick Junior Football Club’s fee which covers equipment, storage, ground hire, utilities, trophies and medals and the use of a playing jumper for the season.

We are a volunteer-run club, your fees cover some of our expenses but we need all families to contribute each year on game day and in other roles to keep our club alive.

Subsidised fees

We recognise that times are tight and cost of living pressures can sometimes mean that family budgets are re-prioritised. Fees can be paid in instalments through the Play HQ website.
 

The club intends on applying to be a Get Active Kids provider in January 2026. If you are eligible for a Get Active Kids $200 voucher and will be waiting to register for BJFC once we are an approved provider, please let our registrar know so that we can save you a spot in your team!

Payment plans and subsidised fees are available for families that may require financial assistance. We want to ensure all kids have the opportunity to play our great game and remove the financial barriers to footy. ​
